Get Started

  1. Fill out your Company Information. We cannot begin work without this information. Your Account manage has likely sent you an excel form to fill out. You may fill out either the Excel document or you may fill out your information online.
  2. Pay any outstanding invoices. We cannot begin work until payment is received.
  3. Please email us the following:
    1. Pictures of your products.
    2. Law label(s), if you have them already.
    3. Any licenses/certificates you have.
    4. Sterilization permit(s) if you have.
  4. *If you’re shipping product into Ohio
    • Please send 2 samples to:

  5. *If you’re shipping toys into Pennsylvania & Ohio
    • Please send 3 samples to:

  6. Once you have completed all of the above we can begin work on your applications or renewals.
  7. Keep an eye out for your new licenses and e‐mail us any licenses that you receive.
