If your company is manufacturing, importing, distributing, or selling product containing hidden material in the U.S., certain state registrations must be obtained. These registration requirements apply to manufacturers, distributors, and even importers on occasion. Products regulated vary by the states, meaning that your company may not need a license in every state with law labeling requirements. Under this most comprehensive package, we determine which licenses are required, complete all application paperwork, draft your prototype label, submit formal Tyvek label samples to the states that require such, and arrange for product sample testing in Ohio.
In addition, we discuss other labeling requirements with you: mattress flammability, CA TB 117, FTC labels, Country of Origin etc. Legal Label Inc. will follow up to make sure that company licenses have been issued by the relevant jurisdiction, that those registration certificates have been received at the appropriate location and that labels are appropriate for the product at hand. In addition, under this option, your company receives a personalized electronic record that serves as documentation of such registrations and facilitates future renewals. Under this option one year of access to our License Manager is provided free of charge, enabling you to continue to stay on top of your company’s registration and label needs.
