REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS
We assist in securing a Uniform Registration Number (URN) which is necessary for each manufacturing facility.  We also aid in the preparation of the various registration applications required by a number of states (and by one city).  Most importantly, we provide the very specialized assistance that is needed to develop the required law, flammability, textile, and care labels for your products.

DOCUMENTATION
We will also review your point of sale material, website, product packaging and warranty information to ensure that all necessary information including the appropriate Country of Origin disclosure and care instructions have been appropriately documented. We will make sure that any Made in the USA, environmental or “green claims”, rest upon adequate documentation and that warranty language is complete. We also assist with product safety warnings and children’s products. In short, we help companies achieve regulatory compliance. 

Our services include record keeping for foreign manufactures in need of a physical US office presence required by the new federal mattress flammability rule, 16 CFR 1633.

RESOLUTION
We are aware that sometimes, despite a company's best efforts, errors in production or paperwork filings occur.
