Legal Label helps manufacturers and importers navigate the confusing world of state and federal labeling requirements. We specialize in assisting companies to comply with the various regulatory requirements of selling bedding products, furniture pieces, and stuffed toys in the United States.

Legal Label begins by assessing whether your product requires a certain label, as well as reviewing any of your current labels to determine if they meet applicable requirements.  We then help you develop a uniform law label that can satisfy the different requirements of each state, create a flammability label that meets the requirements of various flammability regulations, and generate a textile or care label that is appropriate for the consumer goods that your company offers. We don’t print the labels, we develop them.  We will work with you to receive a Uniform Registry Number (URN), file the various state registrations and then help you with your recordkeeping responsibilities.
